Wednesday 10/13 -- ugh

The side effects are hitting me sooner than before. I'm sick. I'm sorry.

I will try my best not to let anyone down.

I'll try to continue the blog for the next few days, but if I don't post any new messages, it's because I'm not feeling up to it.

Don't worry. just give me the space to fight this.

Love

Let us down? Please....there is not one person reading your blog who would feel let down if you did not post for a few days. You take care of yourself and get back to us when you are up to it.

Love,
Ellen : )

Hello Eric! I am your mother in law's cousin, Barbara.I live in Vero Beach, Fl. and will be seeing Pat & Wally some time next week when they visit. I guess somehow this makes us kind of family, right? I know what you are going through with your Chemo. I had breast cancer back in '02, and I still think about it very often...way too often. There is nothing quite like Chemo. I have not had any recurrance, so I hope you fare as well with your treatments, and I will be praying for you in the meantime. Take Care. Barb

Hang in there E. Think about how sweet it's going to be on the flip side of this. You're in my prayers. I raise a dangerous and rare gummy shark in celebration of you. I'll stay tuned. - chardy

Eric, you could never let us down! We love you and are thinking about you. I know that you will get stronger again, take your walks, plant your vegetables, and eat your hummus. Remember how in "It's Not About the Bike," Lance visualized the chemo defeating the cancer cells. It's corny, but hey, use whatever works.
